A Chocolate Brownie Recipe For Your Teatime.
This is the best brownie recipe I have ever tried. It requires only one pot and takes a few minutes to prepare. I am confident you already have everything you need to make these goods in your kitchen. So let me walk you through the process of baking them.
-200 grams of dark chocolate
-150 grams of butter
-1 cup of sugar
-100 grams of flour
Melt the butter with chocolate in a double boiler.
Add the sugar, vanillin, and 3 eggs into the mixture.
Add the flour. Carefully mix it in by adding small proportions of the flour each time. The batter will appear thick.
Place the batter into the square pan. Do not forget to use parchment paper, so it would be easier to take the brownie out.
Bake the brownie for 30-35 minutes under 170 degrees Celcius. You can check if the brownie is ready with a toothpick. Insert it into the middle of the pan/tray and pull it out. The brownie will require a longer time if the toothpick has wet batter on it.
Take the brownie out of the oven and enjoy! For serving, you can add vanilla ice cream on the top. The combination of hot brownie and cold ice cream is truly amazing.
