HAND CARE — ECZEMA ON HANDS.


 


Well, I sincerely believe that today’s blog post will be useful for many people. Especially for those who are facing problems in the form of dry, sensitive and eczema hands.

Personally, if I had not eaten any spicy food in the past, I am sure that I would have painted my nails or worn clothes without any hesitation, instead of worrying and regretting things that have happened In the past. I am thankful for finding the right medication and lifestyle choices that work well for me.

Tip one: do not wash your hands with hot or freezing water! (be careful!)

Tip two: avoid eating spicy food, even though you are really keen on having them on a daily basis.


Tip three: avoid washing dishes with dishwashing liquid which is mainly based on chemical ingredients.

As I have experienced problematic Eczema on my hands, I know how difficult it is to deal with It. However, I strongly believe that rather than suffering with it, we should learn to reside with it.

Sometimes eczema is mostly related to a massive amount of stress level. For instance, if you are deeply worried about your examinations, you will have the possibility of having eczema on your hands.

The type of eczema I have, is called 'dyshidrotic eczema'. When I was really nervous about my profession and stress about my future, due to this pressure, I had developed various health issues.




That is why it is crucial to take care of your emotional and physical well-being. Likewise, do not wear body hugging clothes, if you have eczema on your body: for instance, maybe on your legs, head or trunk it is to let your body breathe.


Therefore, I really wanted to have a fitter and a healthier lifestyle since I was 15 years old. In general, the appropriate decision which I made several years ago, was to exclude all detrimental products and include exercising, meditation for myself.
